I always wanted to style a Korean international model like Da Jeong Kim. She travel all the way from Korea to model here in the Philippines. its a big privilege to style her in a bohemian twist. A simple combination of prints on prints and a white dress in boots makes you perfect for music festival. "screaming: Coachella here I come!. Here are my tips of how to achieve that bohemian look.
USE THE SAME COLOR PALETTE
By playing with different design of print you must always consider the color. Something that makes it belong to each piece. You don't want to look matchy-matchy but Its the very best trick when it comes to print.
LACE DRESS WITH BOOTS
Ok. So maybe your not the type that likes print that much. So heres another option for you. A simple white lace dress (I personally prefer oversize) and a nice pare of cowboy boots. Adding a pandora hat is a perfect touch to complete the look. So classic and so chic.
USE CHUNKY ACCESSORIES
Accessories is a must. Choose something a little less sparkly and shiny. Think African inspired pieces the better. It can be made of wood, or any material with print or something with unique embellishment like tassels or gem stones.
PRINTED SCARVES
Yes Scarves. I prefer the African , geometric or floral print. You might already have this in your closet and you may never think of using it as part of your look but its a good alternative instead of using a belt. It's very light, flowy and easy to put on in many different ways. You can just wrap it around your neck like what you normally do, or wrap it around your waistline to emphasize your figure or just wear it as a top. Bohemian look needs something flowy, cozy, easy to move around and a really big printed colorful scarves is perfect.
